About Authentic OT
I'm Kimberley Dinham
I’ve been supporting individuals and families in the community for over 8 years, and providing occupational therapy services for the past 6 years.
My practice is grounded in compassion, evidence-based approaches, and a belief that every person has unique strengths and potential. I aim to meet you exactly where you are, using a holistic lens that considers physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs.
My goal is to help you build confidence, develop meaningful skills, and experience a greater sense of well‑being in your everyday life; helping you to be able to do the things that you need and/or want to do.
